The format of the famous
Spaghetti born in southern Italy and in the cities where
he concentrated primarily the business of making pasta:
Naples, Genoa and Liguria in general. Typically, the
spaghetti is a pasta shape elongated and round section
with a diameter of between 1.92 and 2.00 mm.
Historically, we have official record of the name "noodle"
in the first dictionary of the Italian language of
Nicholas Tommaseo and Bernardo Bellini (1819). Spaghetti
is placed here as a "singular masculine diminutive of
string" and he mentions the "Soup Spaghetti: pasta that
are about the size of a small string and long, like
spaghetti." In 1957, the BBC transmits the first British
scientific documentaries on the production of spaghetti.
The day after the BBC report are clogged by calls from
viewers who call the name of producers and distributors
of spaghetti for them.
Spaghetti can be served hot or cold sauces with tomato,
fresh or canned, vegetables and herbs. Are also
excellent served with spicy sauces as fast as garlic and
chili oil. It is near perfectly in fish-based sauces of
shellfish and seafood or sauces made with milk, soft
cheese or mascarpone with the addition of spices such as
